Global warming is changing annual temperatures in Moscow, disproportionately increasing the number of peaks. With each year anomalies will continue to become more frequent. To create ideal conditions independent of climate in 2030, Moscow will see new elite residential buildings where weather is regulated automatically. Microclimate domes will be a combination of natural beauty and technological advancements. With the new technologies a neighbourhood in any part of the city can become green. Projects like this already exist now. Microclimate domes are used, for example, in Gardens by the Bay, in Singapore.
