Dubai 2050

Non-standard application of the laws of physics has found unexpected usage in architecture and construction. For the first time ever, buildings have been built which are not attached to the Earth’s surface. This became possible due to the tremendous success of space technology and magnetic levitation. Also, despite difficult climate conditions, agriculture is being developed in the region using what few natural resources are available alongside genetic engineering.

DJ DRAGON I agree. If you attach magnets to the bottom of a structure - and it's strong enough - you can repel a structure from the core of the earth. It would - however - become a problem: if a large storm were to come, the structure would go away from where if was supposed to, and if by some chance it flips over, it could cause some serious devestation. 06 Feb 2019
