Personalized medicine has advanced to the point where some human organs can be cloned to replace damaged or diseased organs. At this stage, they are only available to individuals with sufficient monetary assets or insurance, as it is still major surgery that is to be performed by humans. Organs available for cloning: heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, bladder, esophagus, various muscles. Organs not yet fully replaceable: pancreas, bowel, spinal cord. Other restrictions: areas that cannot be easily reached for surgery or items that have large nerve junctions: optic nerves, genital damage, cerebellum, etc.
