London will cease to be the tech hub of the UK as young professionals move north.
Increasingly unaffordable rent, along with increases in pollution and over population will cause a generation to move, creating new tech hubs elsewhere in the UK.
Other large cities with large student populations which offer a better standard of living such as Leeds, Manchester, Sheffield and Birmingham will appeal to this disenfranchised generation and will prompt leading tech firms to increasingly relocate. Whilst London will remain a leader in the financial sector, it will be void of the younger industries such as the tech sector which has appealed to Generations Y and Z.
